The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) was recognized for obtaining Maturity Level II under the enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on June 17, 2025 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
The PRIME-HRM Bronze Award recognizes DOST-PCAARRD’s effective management and implementation of its human resource management (HRM) systems according to documented processes. With the award, DOST-PCAARRD has achieved a process-defined HRM in the four core HRM systems: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP); Performance Management (PM); Learning and Development (L&D); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
Achieving the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award validates the Council’s unwavering commitment to excellence in human resource management through the collective efforts of its constituents.
PRIME-HRM is a program of the CSC that integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP). PRIME-HRM recognizes excellence in human resource management systems in all national and local government agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges, and regional offices of agencies.
